Based on the size and complexity of your business, we have developed three distinct levels of service to meet your needs.

Gold Service
Our Gold Level Service provides you with all traditional accounting services, including:

• Monthly Financial reports produced in QuickBooks.
• Quarterly CPA prepared financial statements with compilation letter.
• Unlimited phone conferences with your Personal Client Manager.
• Internet and live data transfer.
• Internal bookkeeper training.
• Guidance on payroll and sales tax issues.
• One corporate tax return and up to two personal 1040 returns.
• Periodic email updates as to IRS issues affecting your business.

Platinum Service
In addition to the services provided at the Gold level, Our Platinum Service includes additional CFO Services, including:

• Quarterly Meetings with your CFO/CPA
• Personal Financial Statements
• Strategic Income Tax Planning & Guidance
• Annual Estate Planning Review (Trust & Will)
 

Diamond Service
While our Gold and Platinum Service Levels cover the issues for most businesses, for those who with a complex corporate structure or have advanced planning needs, we offer our Diamond level, which includes:

• Monthly Meetings with your CFO/CPA
• Unlimited Corp and Personal Returns
• Business Consultation and Concierge Services
• Operational and Strategic Planning for all business entities
• Succession Planning
• Budgets & Staffing
• Client meetings with Attorney
• Travel with client
• Review and establishment of Corporate Structure
 

All fees are billed monthly. We will not audit the financial records furnished and will not issue financial statements unless they are requested as an additional service. We assume that all information submitted to us will, to the best of your knowledge, be correct and complete, but will ask about any items that appear unusual or that seem to require additional information.  Data that you submit will include all income, deductions and other information necessary for the preparation of the tax returns.  The Company is responsible for keeping the necessary records to support reported income and deductions, and for business and personal use of any property.  We will approach all of our services in a professional manner. To make our services more valuable, we may offer suggestions from time to time.

Tax returns are, of course, subject to review by taxing authorities.  Any items resolved against the Company by the examining agent are subject to certain rights of appeal.  In the event of an examination, we will be available for representation.  Billing for such services is at our standard rates for the nature of services performed. 

Our engagement cannot be relied upon to disclose errors, irregularities, or illegal acts, including fraud or defalcation that may exist.  However, we will inform you of any material errors that come to our attention and any irregularities or illegal acts that come to our attention, unless they are clearly inconsequential.
